As some of you already know, my sister, Scooby's Aunt Dale was diagnosed with Breast Cancer
in August, 2007. Since Dale's diagnosis she has undergone a double mastectomy and will soon
begin chemotherapy. Dale is only 45 yrs old and this has come as quite a shock to our family
which has absolutely no history of Breast Cancer.

Scooby would like to remind women to PLEASE get a mammogram! Early detection saves lives!

Aunt Dale is doing very well. She's strong, beautiful and constantly amazing us with her ability to
carry on almost as if nothing new is happening in her life.

Scooby would like to offer this page up to those fighting Cancer and their families. If you have a
prayer request you would like to see on this page, please email jodi@underthesonfarm.com and
put "Scooby's Prayer Request" in the subject line. Please only give as much information as you
would like to see posted publicly. God knows your need he doesn't require full names if you are
uncomfortable having them posted.

This page is not only for cancer related illnesses. Prayer requests for any reason are welcome
here.

Our family will consider it an honor to pray for those in need. I'm sure the prayer chain will reach
well beyond our family just as Scooby's story has touched people all over the world.

Libby Jaeger breast cancer caught early, pray for a clean lymph node test, strength through
radiation treatment and complete recovery.
Royce 46 yrs old fighting her third recurrence in ten years of cancer now in her brain and lungs
Forest Jackson (Shawnee KS) Melanoma in the colon spread to the abdomen. This is considered
a terminal cancer. He has a month to six weeks left. PLEASE... pray for a miracle healing as well as comfort
and peace in this situation.
Tim and Kim Woodhouse who have bravely and successfully battled cancer for the past 13
years when Kim lost one breast, then a second she later developed lung cancer (never having smoked)
which she was not expected to survive.  Now, Tim has been diagnosed with acute leukemia and will be
undergoing a bone marrow transplant soon.  Meredith's prayers for her dear friends..."To whomever hears
our humble prayers, please hear our voices and ease the pain of all those who suffer both physically and
emotionally.  It is so difficult for us, mere mortals, to understand..."
Lee(Phoenix AZ) fighting leukemia
Jaymes Lesovoy and family (NC) Autistic toddler in urgent need of healing and help
learning to function in this world as a happy, carefree normal child.  Please pray for successful treatment
and guidance for his family as well as his doctors.
Juaneva (Maui)Two breast cancers, lumpectomy and mastectomy. After ten good years, cells are
beginning their way to becoming cancerous again.   Her insurance is refusing to pay for very expensive
medication which will 'quiet' those activating cells please pray for a change of hearts/minds in those making
such decisions.
Janie (B.C.)After having a lumpectomy and radiation 19 years ago, her cancer came back.  She's having a
mastectomy  on the 18th Sept. Her husband is having chemo  for a non-malignant tumour near his heart.
Please pray for healthier times for them both.
Warren Four years living with Waldenstrom's Macroglobulanemia, a rare blood cancer; treatment every
8 wks, thankfully doing well.  Additional prayers needed after falling into icy water from a boat dock & pulling
himself out, bruising, scrapes and shock at age 79.
Kimberly B. 30 yr old mom of a 10 yr old boy Kimberly is fighting tonight to get strong enough to
receive a liver transplant that will save her life. Kimberly is in the Yale New Haven ICU -- weakened by
autoimmune liver disease. She needs a miracle. If she rallies and gets strong enough, she can get her new
liver.  Thank you prayer angels.
Morgan, Natalie and Grace please pray these girls receive the assistance they need to be
adopted by Julie and have their forever family.
Orval S. fighting Prostate Cancer –  after 15 years of being contained, it has now decided to grow
outside the prostate. Doctors give him 1 year.  Medication adds a couple of months. Sharon prays "God
grant me the strength and wisdom to help him through this.  Dear Lord, wrap your loving arms around all
persons struggling to overcome the devastation and fear cancer leaves in our minds, bodies and families"

Dyllin Lingley 6 yrs old had endured multiple surgeries in his young life for a shunt in his brain.
Recently he had  three more surgeries. Please pray there is no brain damage and please pray for his growth
and weight gain as well.
Jeff Braga and Family - Jeff lost one kidney to cancer in May 2008 is presently going to Dan
Farber three time a week for treatment. He is a married father of a 14 year old of girl and a 2 year old son.  
Not able to work and disability has not started yet kicked in. Please keep this family in your prayers.

Dianne J Several years in remission after breast surgery, she now faces ovarian cancer with surgery

Miranda Duin (pronounced Dine) 12 yrs old in Seattle WA fighting very aggressive lymphoma and
the Duin Family. Please pray for healing and emotional strength as this family fights for Miranda's

Fred, 82 and recovering from triple bypass/aortic valve replacement.Both are doing great but would love
any additional thoughts and prayers.
Hyla 6yrs old (Belize) after successful treatment for a Wilms Tumor at age 4 follow doctors have found a
mass in one of her lungs. Please pray for her healing and emotional strength for her parents Jacob and
Kelly, especially Kelly who is feeling terrified  and overwhelmed.
The Grenier Family from AZ who lost Julie Grenier last June, 2007after her brave fight against
breast cancer, please pray for the family so their lives can get back to somewhat normal, whatever that is
after losing this precious soul.
Phyllis Watkins from AR, battled bravely breast cancer and is now cancer free, please pray that
she stays cancer free

Jeffrey 15 yr old boy battling cancer for the second time. What started out as testicular cancer was
treated successfully but has now returned between his liver and his pancreas. He starts chemo again and
needs your prayers.
Sue McNerney Unknown disease affecting her brain and she's getting radiation treatment through
UNC-Chapel Hill, NC
Dianne Oswald Cancer discovered in the base of her spine and in her vertebrae apparently as a
result of many years on anti rejection drugs after a kidney transplant.  Shari says "Dianne has a marvelous
sense of faith, and we're praying that her faith, and ours, and prayer, will sustain her during what could be a
long journey".

Rosalyn Violet Green (South Africa)breast cancer and mastectomy in 2004.  2007 diagnosed
with a non hodgkins lymphoma in brain. Brain surgery chemo, radiation, in remission for the last two years...
until two weeks ago, when on the other side of her brain, is a tumor 6cm by 4cm.  Inoperable.... but they are
trying treatment... Please please please PLEASE pray
Shannon Kirk, a young wife and mother in Blue Springs, MO.  was diagnosed with breast cancer
4/27/09.  Still learning details but her husband, daughter, friends and family ask you to pray for:
1. That the MRI will be negative other than the mass we already know exists.  2. That Shannon DOES have
the hormone receptor type of cancer as it is possibly treatable without chemotherapy. 3. That Shannon has
the wisdom and discernment to choose the best surgeon and best treatment plan.  4. That the genetic
testing for the cancer gene (BRCA genes) is negative or Shannon doesn't have it.  5. That Shannon's lymph
nodes are be completely clear.
Joe Belskie (NC)had a cancerous prostate removed but cancer cells were found in the margins so
he might be facing a round of radiation. Many other health issues thanks to Agent Orange exposure.
Lizzie Pritchard (Auburn, AL) just been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, she is only 29 and has
two small children.
Theresa (Savannah GA) diagnosed at age 41 with colon cancer.

Kyle Beecher beloved brother of our very own Welsh Pony Family Kurt and Shari Beecher
(Heavenly Pony Farm) has just been diagnosed with a Brain Glioma.  Kyle is only 39 years old and has
battled other cancers in his young life.
Coenraad W. Verschoor (Schiedam, Holland Netherlands) - Lung Cancer.  Diagnosed in Dec.
2006 and given a year to live however fighting strong after 2.5 years.  79 years old!  Uncle of Joyce Pedrotti,
Boerne, TX
Mike Fackler has 3 kinds of cancer and not given much time.  He's getting into a test program so
please pray there is success for him.  Also pray to give my friend Peggy and her family strength through
these times.
L.F. & Betty Perry 80& 76 yrs old together for 56 yrs now separated when L.F. was put in a
nursing home. Suffering terrible depression even threatening suicide due to the separation. Please pray
for their emotional strength and that they be reunited.
Annie (niece of Andree Duggan) who has cancer, and just went through heart surgery today. She is
fighting for her life, but is in good spirits.  Prayers would be wonderful
Chuck Drawdy seriously injured this week in a runaway buggy accident. He is in the Tampa
General Hospital ICU. He is not conscious, he is on respirator support and has suffered three heart attacks.
His kidneys are shutting down and he has very low blood pressure. Family, wife, children, grandchildren, in-
laws, and friends have been with him around the clock to provide emotional support. His wife,Kathy asked
that everyone keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
Colleen from San Roque Pet Hospital who is fighting Breast Cancer and cared for our best friend,
Brynn, our yellow lab who just turned 11!! Diane & Tom Isaacson. Please send good luck to Colleen and to

Heidi Ferguson diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer this summer. It is a particularly
aggressive form of the disease that does not have the benefit of targeted therapies such as Tamoxifen and
Herceptin. Prayers please that a cure is found for this very deadly sub-type of breast cancer.
Veronica Wood from Missouri. Cancer
Deb Ford PA diagnoses Dec 31, 2009 with Leukemia. Undergoing treatment in Philadelphia.
Sera 2yrs old rendered blind when her father's girlfriend threw her into her crib causing a head injury.
May require a feeding tube. Please pray God give Sera's mother and her husband strength and guidance.
Emily Wilson not yet 1yr old, suffering chronic ear infections and may require surgery. Please pray
for God to give these young parents strength and guidance.
Lisle B. to the prayer list. Lisle is undergoing Chemo after uterine cancer was found and surgery was
done. Lisle is a great lover of the Lord, and of animals, sharing her love and care with all sorts of
critters!

Dale Handler Parkland FL (battling breast cancer) CHEMO IS OVER YAYY! Dale is doing extremely
well. Please continue to pray for her future good health! Tests 1yr later show Dale to be cancer free!
Erna Leavit Canada (bone cancer) UPDATE Erna had been in cancer treatment since April 2007
for bone cancer. The treatment drugs ate away her hip bones and she had a hip replaced in March
2008. She's had continued treatment since April 2008 and the new drugs have put the cancer into
remission. The Dr.at the cancer institute in Calgary is so impressed he told her she HAD to have had
a huge prayer group working for her as this type of cancer is almost always fatal  Praise The Lord!
Larry Mills Port Richey FL (fighting lymphoma, leukemia and surgery) In Remission!!!!
Marcia Yeager's hubby (open heart surgery and recovery)Surgery was a great success, full
recovery and reportedly feeling so good he's leaving Marcia in the dust!!

Brian H from Key West Fl (battling stage IV bladder cancer)MIRACULOUS full remission.   He had a 15%
chance of surviving longer than 3 months and it now appears there has been a miracle. The Dr's don't
understand it.  He went through chemo, and then went in to see if they were going to be able to operate to
remove and reconstruct the bladder, and there was no cancer. They did an MRI looking for the cancer, and
it was all gone.  They couldn't believe it, so they went up in the bladder, and no cancer anywhere. They don't
think the chemo alone could have done that. So what else is there? Prayer and God's love.
James Barton (Ocala FL)major back surgery as he has a bad curvature of the spine (scoliosis and
Sheurmann's kyphosis) which is getting worse (at the rate of a further 15 degrees in the past 6 months
alone) There are of course risks involved with this type of surgery and his recovery, even with complete
success, will be long and painful. Surgery went well with great results!!!
Peggy in Ontario Canada (undergoing cancer treatment in urgent need of prayer)treatment went
incredibly well Peggy is doing great and has just turned 83!
Beth (Maine) major surgery for suspected pancreatic cancer. Update.. Beth came through surgery well
and the tumor is thought to be benign. Please pray the pathology report supports the doctors belief!
Carla C. Cowdrey and family (prayers for high risk pregnancy, baby with hydrocephaly,
prayers needed for healing and emotional strength) baby is born and doing very well, some upcoming
surgeries to get through please keep praying. Thank you so much for the prayers throughout the
pregnancy.

Greta Simmonds(Edmonton, Alberta) 82 yrs YOUNG... rectal cancer going for surgery and
treatment URGENT prayers requested. 7 months now after surgery and they got it all and doing fine
turned 83 in Jan 2009, thanks to all the prayers.
Al (Florida) suspicious spot on his lung. He has a strong family history and personal history of Melanoma.
Please keep him in your thoughts and pray for a good outcome.currently cancer free! X-rays of his lung
showed a spot which was gone after two weeks on a repeat X-ray. They suspected melanoma due to his
history, but it was apparently a common fungus of some sort.
Linda Burgin (Spokane, WA)had kidney cancer in 2007 and they removed the kidney, all was well
until 2009they found brain cancer (kidney cancer metastasized to the brain.) It hasbeen a long, slow,
downhill battle with brain cancer. She is now in need of24/7 assistance as her balance is non-existent. A
very hard life change fora very independent, working woman.
Heather Marie Rose-Stora who was diagnosed with Lung cancer which has spread into the
bones around her lungs as well as having brain lesions.  Treatment has begun on the brain lesions which
are small and then she will begin Chemotherapy for the inoperable lung cancer.
Starla – a brave deputy and wonderful gal who is battling breast cancer UPDATE Starla is strong and
back to work as a deputy!
