11-15-07 Scooby meets Ben and Jerry for the first time. Much like her adoptive
mother, Scooby likes the boys a great deal. She realized there were NUTS in
that there icecream and went about digging for them. If you look closely at the
first shot you can see the icecream dripping between her toes.
Never fear, I didn't let her have too much. All things in moderation (for her
anyhow as I consider a pint to be a single serving container). This made a huge
mess but it was SOOOO worth the clean up!

11-21 Here she is, the non stop play monster. We wrestle, we climb,
we preen, we rarely stop moving these days unless it's for some
kind of food break.
She's much too much fun to play with. I could easily lose and entire
day hanging out with Scooby.

Below we see Scooby preparing for her career as a manicurist. She will
groom my nails forever. My cuticles have never looked better !

Just when I'm sure the baby days are over, we share a quiet moment during
Scooby's evening meal. She still really loves her formula. I don't know if it's as
much that she actually wants or needs the nutrition as it is a bedtime routine.
Every night it's the same routine, she'll drink a bit, wipe her chin on my sleeve
or jammy pants and then scurry off to her hammock for bed.

This is a moment I really thought I'd never experience again. It's been so
long since Scooby has fallen asleep in my arms. On this day we'd been
playing pretty rough and tumble for probably a half hour or better. She
was feeling a bit snoozy and had been preening. Next thing I knew
she'd rolled up in a little ball and fallen asleep. I sat there until I had to
pick my daughter up at school. I really didn't want the moment to end!
